Micah McCullough, CCIM, SIOR, is President & CEO of NAI UCR Properties, with 17+ years in CRE brokerage, management, and investment. He entered the industry in 2008, building his foundation on distressed assets and value-add repositioning. Under his leadership, NAI UCR has grown into a leading CRE platform with a 1.5M SF portfolio and $95M in assets under management. His experience spans landlord/tenant representation, owner-user deals, surplus asset disposition, site selection, and investment sales across industrial, office, and retail. He has completed 600+ transactions valued at over $350 million and is active in CRE syndications, underwriting, capital structuring, and asset management. Micah is among a select few in Mississippi holding both CCIM and SIOR, earned by under 1% of CRE practitioners worldwide. Outside the office, he enjoys SEC football, golf, and travel, and credits wife Meredith and sons Alden (7) and Conley (5) for keeping him grounded and motivated.
